You and Tenant City agree that any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation or validity thereof, or to the use of the Services or use of the Site or Application (collectively, "Disputes") will be settled exclusively by binding arbitration by a single arbitrator, except that each party retains the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation or violation of a party's copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents or other intellectual property rights. You acknowledge and agree that you and Tenant City are each waiving the right to a trial by jury or to participate as a plaintiff or className member in any purported className action or representative proceeding. Further, unless both you and Tenant otherwise agree in writing, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of any className or representative proceeding. If this specific paragraph is held unenforceable, then the entirety of this "Dispute Resolution" section will be deemed void. Except as provided in the preceding sentence, this "Dispute Resolution" section will survive any termination of these Terms. The location of the arbitration will be in Singapore. The arbitration will be governed by the rules of the State Courts Centre for Dispute Resolution in Singapore.
Tenant City takes the security and privacy of those of its clients and contacts about whom it holds personal information extremely seriously. Tenant City follows strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of personal information given to us in order to prevent unauthorised access.
Personal Data is held on our contacts and administration database either because of work we have undertaken or are currently engaged in, or because our clients have indicated that they would be interested in receiving material from us about our business and services. To that end we hold client contact details and the history of our client relationship. Our Site allows providers of office space (Providers) to list details about the office space they have available (a Space) and allows users to search for available Spaces. Subject to the availability of the Space and compliance with these terms, a user may request a viewing of a Space.
All information about a Space is made available to us from a Provider and is liable to change at any time. We are not responsible for the accuracy of any listing relating to a Space.
We do not own or manage, nor do we contract for, any Provider or Space listed on our website. We do not in any way endorse or guarantee a Space, nor do we make any warranty or representation about the Space.
You should seek independent legal advice prior to entering into any occupation agreement with a Provider.
By enquiring about a Space or booking a viewing of a Space or otherwise contacting us in relation to a Space you consent to us sharing your information with a Provider. You acknowledge that the Provider may pay us a referral fee if you proceed to book a Space.
